Evangelism Ministry Training

Besides recording here what is happening in our Lord's harvest field in South Africa, Lord willing, I will be posting periodical blogs advertising my brothers and sisters ministries giving their promo to evangelism conferences and academy training, that will give our God all the Glory in Jesus' name -- I can testify to attending the Ambassadors' Academy in June 2008 and it was an experience I am most grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ for allowing me to do. Without God this was not possible.

Always -- even with the present financial 'pinch' being experienced around the globe (June 2008 = R7.86 / US Dollar; Nov. 27, 2008 = R9.88 / US Dollar) --

take your requests in prayer before God for He knows when, why and how you are to accomplish what HE wants for you. A man's heart devises his way: but the LORD directs his steps (Proverbs 16:9).

The Ambassadors' Alliance next Academy will take place as follows:

Date: March 11-14, 2009

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Register now online by clicking Here.

Please visit the Director of the Academy, Tony "Lawman" Miano's blog The Lawman Chronicles to be encouraged in evangelising and fulfilling the Great Commission by preaching the Law and the Gospel of Grace to a dying world. Below is a promo of the Ambassadors' Academy --

Lord willing -- the second event is much later in 2009 -- Leon Brown (a Team Leader at Ambassadors' Academy) is leading the John 10:16 Conference.

Register for the John 10:16 Conference! They are only accepting 65 participants.

The Real Nativity Story: Surprising Truths You May Not Know!

Here is a link to The Real Nativity Story: Surprising Truths You May Not Know! Read the article and examine it against Scripture from the Gospels of Luke and Matthew and you will see Jesus was born in the autumn, possibly in late September / early October. As a family last night we read the article and compared it against God's Word -- awesome, amazing.

This is the deception of the Roman Catholic church. This extract is from Christmas A Biblical Perspective. The birthday of Mithra (the sun god) was December 25. Instead of opposing this idolatry, the Catholic church literally made up the idea that December 25 was Christ's birthday, and celebrated the pagan holiday with a new name, "Christmas." In a children's book entitled Christmas (by Jane Duden), the following is said:

At first, only a small number of people in the Roman Empire were Christians. All the non-Christians were called pagans. The pagans had festivals of their own on or near December 25. For example, Romans held year-end celebrations to honor Mithra, their god of light.

One of the most popular pagan festivals was Saturnalia .... People gave gifts to each other and prepared special foods. They decorated their homes with green branches. Everywhere, people stopped work to join in the celebration.

Christian leaders did not have an easy time converting non-Christians (or pagans) to the Christian religion. Pagans liked their harvest and winter festivities. They did not want to give them up. That is why, over the years, popes (the spiritual rulers of the Roman Catholic church) and church leaders allowed many favorite ancient customs to become part of Christmas celebrations. (p. 8-9)

The Persian god Mithra became very popular in the Roman Empire. His supposed birthdate of December 25 was later adopted by Catholic leaders as the date of Christ's birth.

I have been duped and I repent to our Lord. I am thankful to God for lovingly revealing all Truth. My family and I will not be celebrating this pagan holiday. What we will do is use this information to ask unbelievers why they celebrate christmas and then present the Truth, the Law and the Gospel of Grace.

Spiritual feeding, blessings and prosperity

This past weekend has been a time of spiritual feeding, blessings and prosperity. Saturday started with a men's breakfast for brothers in Christ on Greg's farm. We met and enjoyed a hearty farm breakfast and followed that with spiritual feeding by our brother in Christ Brent -- who together with his wife Sherry and their six children from Mississippi, USA were staying at Greg's home this past week.

Mark preaching with our American brethren Brent and his family -- this was on Tuesday 18th at lunch time; then the rain came -- Preaching in the rain -- Thank You Lord

Brent and Sherry's youngsters handing out tracts in the rain :)

Brent brought the word with a teaching "The Tale of Two Kingdoms" as nine men fellowshiped and dove into the Word of God. We mined the Scriptures for the treasures studying the Scriptures below. There are two kingdoms butting right up against each other -- The Kingdom of Light and the kingdom of darkness. We searched how us saints are to live as a separate / different people; as children of the Most High God living in the world, but not being of the world. Here are the references -- the do's and don'ts to being a disciple who walks in the footsteps of our Lord Jesus Christ --

2 Timothy 3:16,17; Ephesians 2:8-10; Deuteronomy 12:32; Proverbs 30:6; Luke 11:46; Proverbs 27:6; Hebrews 3:12-14; Colossians 1:12,13; Ephesians 5:8-11; 2 Corinthians 6:14; 1 Peter 2:9-12 (A people belonging to God); 1 Peter 1:15,16; Exodus 34:12-16; 1 Corinthians 9:20; Matthew 5:13; 2 Corinthians 5:19,20; Philippians 2:14-16; Titus 2:11,12; Romans 1:18, 8:9-17; Mark 12:28-31; Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Ezekiel 22:26; James 1:27; Job 31:1; Psalm 103:3; Galatians 5:19-22; Ephesians 5:3-5; 1 Timothy 4:7-8; 1 John 2:15-17; James 4:4; 2 Kings 17:28-41; 1 Kings 12:25-33; 1 Kings 22:41-43 and 2 Timothy 3:12.

Sagran, Brent (USA) and Greg standing outdoors on the farm

Then on Sunday, Mark and I -- after Church -- went onto the streets to meet with the lost and preach in the Church along the highways, byways and behind the hedges. We had a wonderful time sharing the Law and the Gospel of Grace with lost souls wondering the face of this earth not knowing their destination -- even at a "shebeen" (informal bar) at the local taxi-rank (see picture below).

These are the blessings knowing that God allows us to go and meet the lost while there is still time to do so. [I had taped the conversations and hoped to have them uploaded here, but when I downloaded them to my computer they came up in the "wav format" and for some reason I cannot download it at Internet Archive -- Lawman, if you are reading this can you kindly give me some advise, thank you brother.]

If anyone reading this might think, "Oh I though they received something" -- sorry, it is not for tangible blessings or prosperity we evangelise but the spiritual blessings of pleasing the Father in Jesus' Name. We would rather store up the treasures in heaven for God knows what we require.

In closing, Mark and I have repented before God for following and reading the wrong bibles over a period of time. You might be wondering what we are alluding to. We believe God has worked through our brother in Christ Reghardt to show us the error of our ways -- and not only ours, but countless others. The following sermons were made available to us to learn more of the deceptions of Roman Catholicism and the demonic and evil practices behind men watering down the Gospel of Jesus Christ and their wicked deceptions to Christians as they try to bring all religions under one world order. As you will note from this blog, all Scriptures have now been changed to make reference to the King James Bible. In the past I thought it was "hard" reading, but now I know it is True reading. I have now reverted back to reading the Evidence Bible (Ray Comfort, Bridge-Logos) which is the King James text; and will keep the NIV and NASB translations as reference sources when witnessing that Scriptures have been left out, altered or reflected incompletely in the newer versions of the translated bibles. These deceptions are not limited to the NIV and NASB -- pick up your bible you normally read. Turn to 1 John 5:7 and read along. The King James is the only Bible in which I have been able to witness to and show a Jehovah Witness that the Bible does speak of The Trinity for it says --
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. -- 1 John 5:7 (KJV)
This is but one of many Scriptures that has been altered or reflected incompletely, or left out, but please listen to the following sermons at SermonAudio.com - The Underground Christian Network

The links to the specific sermons are linked below --

* In plain words, What's Wrong in new bibles

* Bible versions Controversy EXPLAINED (full sermon)

[Note -- If you listen to the audio direct from the site they might end abruptly -- but they are free downloads, so download the MP3 possibly first.]

So, we are to test everything against Scripture -- but what does the Bible say about the lack of Scripture, read Revelation 22:18-21 --
For I testify to every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add to these things, God shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. He which testifies these things says, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
If we are reading bibles with altered or missing Scriptures then we are not reading the Word of God. We need to let our brothers and sisters in Christ know of the delusions of satan. To end with what the preacher alludes to is the ingredients of rat poison. Rat poison is more than 99% good food, and it is only trace amounts of poison that has been added to that good food that makes it deadly to the what-ever that comes and eats it -- it doesn't even have to be a rat that eats it to be poisoned by it. And the new bible translations fit this mold -- they have mingled together Christian theology with world theology. These bibles then become world translations.

The Gospel in 6 minutes

For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. -- 1 Thessalonians 5:9,10

A Variety of Fish (Part 2)

Welcome back... I had been preaching from the Scriptures Romans 1:16-32 in the direction of the City Hall, projecting my voice whilst competing with the steady flow of traffic.

These are some of the faces who passed by and hopefully heard the preaching of the Law and the Gospel of Grace...

And the reason for projecting the level of my voice? There was a gathering crowd overflowing from the City Hall as can be seen behind my son Chad’s head...

My feet carried me across the road. Soon I was in amongst the students, their family and friends handing out tracts. Next I know I was preaching and beseeching the crowd to repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I recall saying this might be an important day in your life, but there is a much more important Day when you will have to stand before Almighty God on the Day of Judgment and give an accounting of your life to Him. Will God say Woza (Come) into heaven or Hamba (Go) into hell.

You must test yourself against the Ten Commandments. Have you ever told lies? That makes you a liar. Ever stolen anything, size or value does not matter? Then you are a thief. Jesus said whoever looks with lust is an adulterer at heart. Maybe you have murdered someone. You don’t have to shoot or knife anyone, but calling people by bad names is murder of the heart. Worshiping ancestors is idolatry and the Bible says you only have to call on and pray in One name, and that is the name of Jesus Christ. No other name, not Makhatini, not Crous, no other name.

The Good News is God became a Man in the person of Jesus Christ -- fully God and fully Man and without sin. He came to show us how to live but man has rejected His ways. Jesus then went to the cross to die a painful and bloody death upon the cross in your place for your sins. He paid a fine He did not owe for crimes He did not commit. Jesus was laid in a tomb and on the third day He was raised to life forever defeating the grave and death. More than 500 witnesses testified to seeing Him alive and for 40 days He continued performing miracles and healing people where after He ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father and Jesus will return one day at the Father's choosing to judge the world in righteousness. Please people you need to apologize to God for your sins against Him and repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ alone for what He did for you upon the cross. Don’t leave it too late.

After preaching I thanked the crowd for listening and continued handing out tracts, engaging a few people in short dialogue advising them that the tract deals with life, death and standing before a just and holy God on the Day of Judgment.

All the Glory to Him -- Jesus is worthy of all the praises.

The day’s fishing was not yet complete. On our way home we stopped off at Jonathan Spar to buy groceries. When we go to Spar, we now see this as an opportunity not only to buy physical food, but to feed lost souls with spiritual food. Tammy went to do the shopping and I fished the car park.

Phillip and these two ladies had me proclaim the Law and the Gospel of Grace to them after starting off with the question: What is going to happen to you the day you die?

Kyle -- he said he attends a New Apostolic Church. I took him through the Law and the Gospel of Grace and beseeched him to examine himself to see if he is in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5)

Lastly, Frank (a Shembe follower) and Sipho (a Roman Catholic) were engaged in conversation with the emphasis on them following after religious practices that have you believing everything but the Truth. The main concern was that both worship ancestors. Look at Sipho’s right wrist -- he has a cow hide bangle. This is the tell tale sign of ancestor worshipers. They are idolaters worshipping false gods.

Once again I request that we please pray for these souls who received tracts and heard the proclamation of the Law and the Gospel of Grace that they will not harden their hearts should God cause them to repent and be born again from above.

This was a tremendous day of fishing for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

A Variety of Fish (Part 1)

What a wonderful day out at our local Saturday fishing spot. It was a sunny morning, there were students gathering at the City Hall -- that would make a wonderful crowd I mused...

I learned they had gathered for a graduation ceremony and now began filing in through the entrance. Would this be a missed opportunity?

The first person I engaged in conversation was Absalom -- who was previously employed by the judicial office of the Master of the High Court which deals with deceased estates. I was surprised to hear from him that he is no longer employed there. The topic of his retrenchment was the springboard of our conversation which led me into proclaiming the Law and the Gospel of Grace to him.

I handed out the “2010” and “Do You Think You Will RIP?” tracts to the pedestrian traffic as they were going about their business and I broke into mini-preach sessions and also attempted to engage some parties in conversation -- some brief dialogues were exchanged, some not. Please, if I can encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ who evangelize and those who have just popped in to read this blog, not everyone takes a tract so what I do is greet everyone with a hearty “How you doing?”, “Are you having a nice day?” etc., lift your voice to let people know you are out there in a friendly capacity and if a person ‘snubs’ you I enquire loud enough for others to hear “Please do make sure you know where you are going when you die?”, “Please don’t think you are in control of your life?” From my experience it makes people within earshot more aware of the ‘urgency’ of taking a tract -- some do and then again some don’t, but some people do jostle to get their tracts.

Then Claude (pictured here) happened by and received a tract. He had gone on his way and was half-way across the intersection when he decided to come back. I was happy to see him coming back -- and from our conversation he told me he is a new Christian of six months standing. He has wanted to witness for Christ but was afraid and not sure how to go about it. We spoke at length and I encouraged him to join us when we are on the streets and we would also contact him next time we have a group session with new evangelists. From our conversation, with the Royal Law, he was also convicted of something’s he has not let go of and I encouraged him that it is the working of the Holy Spirit as we all go through convictions at numerous times during our spiritual growth -- our faith is one of continual repenting and we need to be open to the teachings and convictions of the Holy Spirit. The question was asked again of me -- where do I attend Church? I told him that I do home Church and we are the temple not made by hands and that we were having Church right there -- “For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.” (Matthew 18:20) Claude left encouraged and I ask that we pray for this brother that he will have boldness to come out into the Lord’s harvest as a faithful laborer.

There were further 1-on-1’s with --

Valentine and James -- who professed to be Christians, but they were not sure if they were born again (John 3:3, 7) and who also did not know the meaning of repentance or what it meant to repent.

Michael -- who happened to be waiting under the shade of a tree for the pedestrian signal to change in his favour -- was asked whether he was waiting for someone -- for his efforts he received the Law and the Gospel of Grace and was thankful for it. When one thinks he is just waiting, he never quite knows what he is actually waiting for :) Thank you Lord Jesus.

What a day so far -- enter on the scene Sam from Pennsylvania USA. The conversation opened with me noticing a Star of David symbol on a chain around her neck -- just to make sure I asked her what the symbol represented. -- Ditto -- So I asked her if she is a Jewess. In the affirmative. From this point on the conversation became fragmented. I referred to the Law of Moses and the Torah and from the conversation that ensued she said she didn’t believe in the Torah or God. I said she must be an agnostic; this was the only thing she actually agreed with me. So, I tried the reasoning of a building being proof that a builder exists, a painting having a painter and naturally Creation having a Creator; Sam’s darkened understanding of all of this was to call it ‘circular reasoning.’ She could believe in a builder and a painter because she had met other builders and painters!! The point is, Sam had not met the builder of the building I referred to or the painting I mentioned, and neither had she met the God of the Bible. I engaged her in the proclamation of the Law and by her own admission she is a liar and a thief, but the mention of the Messiah’s name, Jesus, when I referred to Matthew 5:28: but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart -- had Sam ‘roll her eyes’.

I gave Sam this blogspot address and hope that she will pay a visit to see what is proclaimed here. Sam, although you did not want to complete the conversation or take a Gospel tract from me, but readily posed for photographs, think for a moment -- you traveled half way around the world to hear God’s Law. The Bible says -- For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God (1 Corinthians 1:18). As a sinner who has violated God’s holy Law the Bible says you will be found guilty on the Day of Judgment before an infinitely holy and just God. If the God that you do not believe in rightfully gives you the justice you rightfully deserve as a lawbreaker (1 John 3:4) you will spend eternity in God’s prison hell. I plead with you to think about your eternal destiny. That would be the bad news.

The Good News is, the God of the Bible is so rich in mercy that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ -- conceived of the Holy Spirit born of the Virgin Mary -- fully God and fully Man and without sin to take your wicked and evil sins, and those of all humanity, upon Himself. He died a painful and bloody death taking the punishment of the full wrath of God upon Himself in your place. You, as much as I, deserve to be crucified and be cast into hell as the evil and wicked sinners we are. But Jesus –- God in the flesh –- paid a fine He did not owe for crimes He did not commit. That is how much God loves you. Please humble yourself before God and acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your depraved sins to Him, repent of (turn away and forsake) your sins and believe and trust in Jesus Christ and put your entire faith in Him alone. Then read the Bible and obey and live out what it tells you. The Bible says: The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good. (Psalm 14:1) Sam, if you had stuck around long enough to hear the preaching of Romans 1:16-32 you would have realized this is for you as much as it was for me when I loved the world and hated God.

Some other witnessing –-

Rene and George (siblings) who attend the Old Apostolic Church (Notice a flea-market taking place behind them -- this is an every Saturday occurrence).

Taking an unnamed man through the Law and then the Gospel.

Preaching Romans 1:16-32 (see Scriptures below).

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “BUT THE RIGHTEOUS MAN SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in righteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; and although they know the ordinance of God; that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them. ~ Romans 1:16-32
How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!” (Romans 10:15; Isaiah 52:7)(NASB) (My son Chad took this photo without me knowing as are most of the photos -- the photos are not to solicit praise for myself but to give Glory to Jesus for using me. I also thank my wife Tammy for her participation in handing out tracts and taking some photos)

Cee-Jay our grandson was there too!! Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)

Please brothers and sisters in Christ, pray for God’s Divine intervention that each and every person who received a tract, had an ear to hear the proclamation of the Law and the Gospel of Grace, that they will not harden their hearts and allow the Holy Spirit to convict and convert them unto salvation and eternal life.

I thank our Lord Jesus for a wonderful day of fishing... see you in Part 2...

On Being Single-minded

A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways. ~ James 1:8 KJV
If you stand for something worthwhile, you will have some people for you and some against you.

In today's world, there is tremendous pressure to be open-minded and politically correct. That is, to accept just about every belief except Christianity and what Christians stand for. To align yourself with Christianity means to be identified as narrow-minded, rigid and fanatical.

What many don't realize is that if you stand for nothing, you can fall for anything. Some people are swamps: they spread over everything; their minds are so open they cannot hold a conviction.

I'd rather know where I stand and where I'm headed and be labeled narrow-minded than be politically correct and popular with the crowd, but going nowhere.

This is from the New Every Morning Pocket Devotions by Nico Bougas, 2006.

The Fallen Church

"Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent." ~ Revelation 2:5 NKJV
You may have all the outward signs of a church: an ornate building with stained-glass windows, a beautiful organ and solid pews. You may have elders and deacons and church members, regular services with baptisms and communion. You may have a minister with a string of degrees and a beautiful choir robed in splendor ... but still be a fallen church.

There are many fallen churches. Groups who go through the motions. They have a weekly ritual but there is no spiritual life. In fact if the Lord were to withdraw His presence from them they wouldn't even notice it. They are motivated by habit, by self-exaltation and by a sentimental attachment to the church, but there is no vision of Christ as their Lord and Master.

This is from the New Every Morning Pocket Devotions by Nico Bougas, 2006.

"Religion That Sends You To Hell!" by Paul Washer

This is what "The Prince of Preachers" has to say in Spurgeon's Morning Devotional --

“I will cut off them that worship and that swear by the Lord, and that swear by Malcham.” ~ Zephaniah 1:5
Such persons thought themselves safe because they were with both parties: they went with the followers of Jehovah, and bowed at the same time to Malcham. But duplicity is abominable with God, and hypocrisy His soul hateth. The idolater who distinctly gives himself to his false god, has one sin less than he who brings his polluted and detestable sacrifice unto the temple of the Lord, while his heart is with the world and the sins thereof. To hold with the hare and run with the hounds, is a dastard’s policy. In the common matters of daily life, a double- minded man is despised, but in religion he is loathsome to the last degree. The penalty pronounced in the verse before us is terrible, but it is well deserved; for how should divine justice spare the sinner, who knows the right, approves it, and professes to follow it, and all the while loves the evil, and gives it dominion in his heart?

My soul, search thyself this morning, and see whether thou art guilty of double-dealing. Thou professest to be a follower of Jesus—dost thou truly love Him? Is thy heart right with God? Art thou of the family of old Father Honest, or art thou a relative of Mr. By-ends? A name to live is of little value if I be indeed dead in trespasses and sins. To have one foot on the land of truth, and another on the sea of falsehood, will involve a terrible fall and a total ruin. Christ will be all or nothing. God fills the whole universe, and hence there is no room for another god; if, then, He reigns in my heart, there will be no space for another reigning power. Do I rest alone on Jesus crucified, and live alone for Him? Is it my desire to do so? Is my heart set upon so doing? If so, blessed be the mighty grace which has led me to salvation; and if not so, O Lord, pardon my sad offence, and unite my heart to fear thy name.

The Bible vs. The Book of Mormon

Apologetics and True Biblical Theology and Doctrine are most important to the Biblical evangelical Christian - the evangelist who preaches the Law and the Gospel of Grace and ministers in 1-on-1 witnessing to followers of religious cults and unbelievers. At all costs we are to be true to the Biblical text "and preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness" (1 Corinthians 1:23).

We are not at 'war' with the persons we engage in conversation -- For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)

A new resource with links to websites dealing with apologetics will be added to this blog. Check out Mormonism Research Ministry for questions to be answered and to see other media recorded there --

Back To The True Gospel

The following video appeared on The Lawman Chronicles blog --

True Discipleship (sermonjam)

Tears of brokenness, repentance, and seeking after more righteousness to live as a True Disciple of Jesus is what I desire. I want so much more of Jesus. It cost Him everything!! Even for a wretch like me. And what do we look for? Blessings. Church we need to repent. Christian, we need to start living for God. I'd rather be poor and spiritually alive, than wealthy and be spiritually dead. We need to get back to the True Gospel.

Do You Think You Will RIP?

Here is a second Gospel Tract that fits with my profession. I am currently employed at a legal firm of attorneys where administration of deceased estates, wills and trusts are my 'bread and butter'. I find the transition from the natural to the spiritual is so easy when clients consult with me - especially using this tract - and I thank our Father God that I am able to share the Law and the Gospel of Jesus Christ with clients - some of them Muslims. Recently I received a phone call from an elderly Methodist lady client who took the 2010 and this tract home and read them, and she openly thanked me and told me that she was now reading her Bible again!! All Glory to God for speaking to her through a tract.

Here is the contents of this particular tract --

So what was your answer to the question on the cover? What do you think will happen to you the day you die? When a person dies there are many arrangements that will need to be taken care of by the relatives of the deceased - of which the two main issues are the funeral arrangements and the reporting of the deceased's estate with the Master of the High Court. There are certain legal processes that will need to be attended to dealing with the deceased's Last Will and Testament, if applicable, and the administration through the Master's office. You may have experienced the loss of a loved one, a family member or a dear friend, recently.

There may be many questions that remain unanswered or you might be confused by the circumstances surrounding death. In this time of bereavement you might be wanting answers from God. The reality is more than 150 000 people die daily of which the ultimate statistic is 1-in-1 person will die. No one knows when their last day on earth will be. Your loved one might have died from one of the following causes - TB, Aids, murder, suicide, heart failure or any other medical disorder. Whatever the reason for the death - be it natural causes or even a tragic event - the Bible says: "Behold, all souls are Mine: as the soul of the father, so also the soul of a son is Mine: the soul that sins, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:4). The cause of death is as a result of sin. Simple - Sin kills.

The question at this time is - Have you ever considered what will happen to you the day you die? The Bible says it is appointed for man once to die and then the judgment (Hebrews 9:27). The day you die will be the most important day of your life. The reason is that you have been fearfully and wonderfully designed with a spirit that will live on in eternity in either one of two places - that being heaven or hell. To find out where your eternal destination would be you need to examine yourself, not using man's standard, but to look into the mirror of God's Holy Moral Law which is the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17):

1. You shall have no gods before Me.
2. You shall not make yourself any graven image.
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord God in vain.
4. Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it Holy.
5. Honour your father and mother.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not steal.
8. You shall not commit adultery.
9. You shall not lie.
10. You shall not covet.

So, let us see which of God's Law have you kept and which ones have you broken - Ever told a lie (fibs, half-truths, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen anything (size or value of the object doesn't matter)? Listen to your conscience, the inner voice that knows right from wrong - time does not excuse the crime. Ever committed adultery? Jesus said whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart (Matthew 5:28). Have you looked with lust? Had sexual thoughts in your mind? And do you fornicate (having sex outside of marriage)? Have you ever committed murder? The Bible teaches that anyone who hates his brother is a murderer (1 John 3:15). Ever taken God's Holy name in vain - used His name to show surprise or disgust?

If you have answered "yes" to any of these questions then God sees you as a liar, a thief, an adulterer-at-heart, a fornicator, a murderer-at-heart and a blasphemer. God is so holy and just that He will punish sin, which is the transgression of the Law (1 John 3:4), wherever sin is found. God sees your thought life and your deeds done in darkness and He also hears your every idle word spoken which He will hold you accountable for on the Day of Judgment when He will "judge the world in Righteousness" (Acts 17:31). The Bible says: For whoever keeps the whole law, and yet stumbles at just one point, is guilty of breaking all of it (James 2:10). So you will be guilty of breaking the whole Law. You should know that if you have violated God's Holy Laws you will be found guilty on the Day of Judgment and if God gives you the justice which you rightfully deserve you will be sent to His prison being hell for eternity. That is the bad news.

The good news is that God is so rich in mercy that He has set a way out for you the sinner. God became a man in the person of Jesus Christ - fully God and fully Man - without sin who was punished and beaten by the full extent of the Law which He took upon Himself. Jesus Christ paid a fine He did not owe for crimes He did not commit by dying a bloody and painful death upon the cross at Calvary in your place. You broke God's Laws and Jesus paid your fine by taking your punishment upon Himself. He loves you so much that He died in your place and three days later He was resurrected to life forever defeating death and the grave which could not hold Him. More than 500 witnesses testified that He was alive during a period of 40 days where after He ascended into heaven where Jesus now sits at the right hand of the Father. He has promised to return someday to judge the world in righteousness. There is nothing you can do to warrant forgiveness of your sins and eternal life. You cannot buy your way into heaven and no works religions - where your good is to outweigh your bad - will help you on the Day of Judgment. It is through God's mercy and grace extended to you that you are to be forgiven of your sins.

The Word of God says in Romans 3:20-26 : Therefore no one will be declared righteous in His sight by observing the law: rather, through the law we become conscious of sin. But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in His blood. He did this to demonstrate His justice, because in His forbearance He had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished - He did it to demonstrate His justice at the present time, so that to be just and the One who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.

What God requires of you is for you to humble yourself and confess your sins to Him asking for His forgiveness of your transgressions, then repent of (turn away from and forsake) your sins and trust your life only in Jesus Christ for saving you, making Him your Lord and your Saviour. get right with God today by calling out to Him from your heart. Behold now is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). Then read the Bible daily believing, trusting and living out what it tells you.
